The Institute for Energy and the Environment
The Institute for Energy and the Environment serves as a resource on energy law and policy for Vermont Law School’s Environmental Law Center. The Institute distributes scholarly, technical and practical publications; provides forums and conferences for professional education and issue development; offers an advanced curriculum on energy and regulatory law; and serves as a center for graduate research on energy issues, with an environmental awareness. The Institute is headed by Professor Michael Dworkin, a nationally recognized leader in energy and environmental law, and past chair of the Vermont Public Service Board, and supported by team of talented Research Associates with diverse backgrounds and experience.
